Talent Acquisition Intern We are a rapidly growing and innovative coffee startup, committed to delivering exceptional experiences while fostering a vibrant, dynamic company culture. We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to be a key support in our hiring process and play an essential role in strengthening our talent pipeline and people development efforts. Position Overview: The Talent Acquisition Intern will play a key support role in identifying and attracting top talent, contributing to various recruitment initiatives, and gaining hands-on experience in the hiring process. Responsibilities include assisting in the creation of job descriptions, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the decision-making process. Additionally, this role supports the preparation of job offers, the onboarding process, and post-recruitment activities such as preparing recruitment materials. The intern will also conduct research on industry trends and competitor hiring practices, providing valuable insights to enhance recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Assist to create job descriptions and job requirements. Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and assessments to ensure a strong fit with job requirements and company culture Coordinate and conduct interviews, manage candidate feedback, and facilitate decision-making processes to ensure timely and effective hiring Prepare job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires Support the post-job postings and recruitment materials. Contribute to employer branding efforts, including brainstorming creative content ideas, supporting video production, editing to post it in our social media and Koppiku LinkedIn page. Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management Qualifications: Diploma/ Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or any related fields Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply/ internship for up to 6 months Able to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills A valuable team player and able to work independently Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Possess own transport and willing to travel Allowance: RM1,000 Show more Show less
