- Lead and manage a team of sales personnel to explore new markets and implement comprehensive logistics sales strategies.
- Proactively organize sales initiatives and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop new strategies that drive sales growth and support business expansion.
- Develop and implement a sales business plan to promote and sell services to existing and potential clients, aiming to grow the customer base.
- Arrange customer visits to present service packages and provide timely quotations.
- Prepare and present the annual business revenue budget plan to regional and country-level management.
- Consistently update and record all business development and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Conduct monthly business development meetings and generate sales reports for analysis to identify strengths and growth opportunities.
- Holds a Diploma or Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 4–6 years of experience in the logistics industry.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end logistics services including sea and air freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, container haulage, customs clearance, and international shipping solutions.
- Strong understanding of logistics solution concepts, with the ability to present and deliver value-added service proposals to clients.
- Proven leadership skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Malay is required; the ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
