- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in loan/financing/financial services.
- Proven experience in team leadership or sales management.
- Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Have experience in lead the team.
- Strong result-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Handle potential leads who are interested to know more about loan/financing services.
- Guide clients through the loan application process and provide professional financial advice.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
- Develop sales strategies to generate new leads and expand customer base.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular training, and ensure service quality.
- Prepare sales reports and updates for management.
