  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in financial services, retail banking, or sales with a demonstrated ability to manage and grow client relationships, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience working with High.NET Worth individuals and families is essential.
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong client-centric mindset.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
  • Proficient in conducting professional presentations and product pitches.
  • Strong technical understanding of wealth management and estate planning strategies.
  • A collaborative team player with high ethical standards and integrity.
  • Possess own transport.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with High.NET Worth clients by delivering personalized trust and estate planning solutions.
  • Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify clients' goals and recommend strategic solutions to maximize and protect their wealth.
  • Stay informed on economic trends, global markets, evolving client needs, and competitive products to structure customized trust offerings.
  • Promote and cross-sell a comprehensive suite of trust and estate planning products to both existing and prospective clients.
  • Deliver professional presentations on trust and estate solutions to clients, business partners, and internal stakeholders when required.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial solutions and exceptional client service.
