- Identify, recruit, and oversee strategic partners, affiliates, and business introducers in target regions.
- Create and execute strategies that enhance client acquisition, boost revenue, and expand market presence.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure sustained business success.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Provide senior management with market insights, including updates on trends, competition, and regulatory changes.
- Work closely with teams such as Marketing, Compliance, and Operations to ensure smooth implementation of business strategies.
- Track regional business performance and generate regular reports on results and strategic initiatives for leadership review.
- Native or fluent English proficiency (C1 level) plus fluency in Thai, Malay, or Korean, with strong written and spoken communication skills in both languages.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in business development, partnership management, or affiliate programs, preferably within digital services or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully building and managing partner networks in international or emerging markets.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed within the designated regions.
