- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the industrial and manufacturing industry.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Stay updated with trends in recruitment and human resources practices to enhance hiring strategies.
- A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment within the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and hiring practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and candidates effectively.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset to address hiring challenges.
- Competitive annual salary of MYR 96,000 to MYR 108,000, depending on experience.
