
Regional Assistant Manager, Recruitment (1 year contract)

- Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, managing offers, and onboarding.
- Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline by utilizing various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate success profiles to develop clear and compelling job descriptions and effective sourcing strategies.
- Ensure every candidate has a clear, consistent, and engaging experience from first touch to offer.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Play a key role to the improvement of recruitment processes to support scalable hiring across the region.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's attractiveness to candidates.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing skills with a knack for identifying and engaging high-potential talent.
- Experience coordinating assessments, managing candidate pipelines, and supporting seamless onboarding.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence decisions.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.
- Familiarity with Recruitment Tools: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and etc
- Must be able to read and write in Mandarin to support recruitment in Mandarin-speaking markets.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, tech-driven, or high-growth environment.
- Regional exposure: Work directly with hiring managers and stakeholders across Southeast Asia.
