LOCATION : SOUTHGATE COMMERCIAL CENTRE, KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIAROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES:
We are looking for a Senior Executive, Commercial who are persuasive and demonstrates selling, communication, and closing skills. The Commercial Executive is responsible for calling, pitching, closing, and servicing existing partners.WHAT YOU WILL OWN:
Tasked with the care of a portfolio of partner accounts, you will be expected to:
● Meet the expected daily productivity in terms of the number of vendor sales calls to sell assigned products.
● Be sales-minded and resourceful to hit set KPIs.
● Manage vendor objections according to set guideline
● Record calls, sales and other useful information accurately into CRM tool following guidelines
● Active check and respond in the company's collaboration platformESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE.
● As this is a 100% telesales role, you need to be comfortable in making outbound calls via digital communication tools over extended periods.
● Open to fresh graduates. Previous telesales experience is not necessary but is an added advantage (maximum 1.5 years),
● Able to communicate in English effectively, an added advantage for the ability to speak, read & write in Mandarin or Cantonese.
● A strong relationship builder, target-oriented, resilient and a team player with a willingness to learn.
