- Assist in identifying, evaluating, and executing new business opportunities in Malaysia
- Support the preparation of commercial proposals, presentations, and pitch materials
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend analysis
- Assist in pipeline management, client engagement, and deal tracking
- Regional Administrative & Coordination Tasks
- Provide administrative and coordination support for regional initiatives and cross-border projects
- Assist in internal reporting, meeting scheduling, and documentation for strategic partnerships
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely execution of tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally within insurance, fintech, or related industries
- Exposure to regional roles or cross-market collaboration is an added advantage
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and research capabilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders
- Negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-making
- Organised, resourceful, and able to multitask under minimal supervision
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and growing new ventures
- Collaborative and team-oriented but capable of independent execution
- Highly adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
