- To achieve shipment target sets for each month.
- To acknowledge customer e-mails within the day and respond with answer within 1 working day.
- To return call to customers if unable to pick-up timely
- Attend to customer queries/complaints on order and delivery status.
- Communicate with all departments to ensure timely information flow to customers.
- Coordinate with customers on third party inspection date.
- Liaise with MPS, Planning, Buyers, QA, Logistics for scheduling & shipment to meet customer requirements.
- To work with customer on commercial or any customer related issues like export license application, credit, Letter of Credit, TT before shipment and shipping instruction.
- Review customer orders and ensure right request delivery date for order scheduling planning.
- To resolve any customer order delivery conflicts (shorter than prospectors lead time or supplier long lead items or change order or any customer related issues) within company and customer.
- Monitor & keep track the orders progress. Communicate to customers if there's any delayed on the delivery schedule and explore any alternative for service recovery.
- Plan the 3rd party inspection with internal 3rd party team and inform customer on the inspection schedule.
- To verify penalty claim from customers and submit for approval.
- To negotiate split shipment with customer for orders with huge quantities.
- Coordinate internal and external on any customer visit.
- Understanding on KPI that's not meeting the target and look for opportunity of improvement.
- Provide suggestion, ideas & any improvement areas that will help on company KPI
- Ensure safety compliance and work on improvement whenever there's any potential hazard identify
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Customer Service.
- Well-organized, motivated individual who is capable of exercising and judgement in the duties.
- Positive characteristic to accept changes and challenges.
- Drive for result and able to work independently.
- Possess good communication, interpersonal skill, collaborate with people at all levels, ability to attend customers' queries tactfully and effectively.
- Degree in any field with minimum 2 years related working experience in manufacturing environment.
- Excellent in using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Query will be an advantage.
