Company Description Worldwide GSA is Asia Pacific's leading Air Cargo Management and General Sales and Service Agency (GSSA) Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Sepang. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering inquiries, resolving problems, and building strong relationships with customers. The Customer Service Executive will also work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Interpersonal Skills, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support skills Experience in Customer Service and Customer Service Management Excellent communication and listening skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience Proficient in MS Office and customer service software systems Fluent in English and another language is a plus
