- Review Bolloré Logistics performance and quality indicators which have been contracted with customer.
- Control tower support: SOP update, contractual rates update.
- Preparation of meetings with customer: analysis, reporting, charts.
- Develop and implement the sales action plan by monitoring the control tower team and the network.
- Follows the direction of Program Manager for the action plan.
- Carrying out any other request made by the Program Manager.
- Carrying out any other request made by their manager.
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in customer service function
