Ensure dedicated customer requirements are met timely and complaints resolved amicably.Customer Service & Control Tower

Review Bolloré Logistics performance and quality indicators which have been contracted with customer.

Control tower support: SOP update, contractual rates update.

Preparation of meetings with customer: analysis, reporting, charts.

Develop and implement the sales action plan by monitoring the control tower team and the network.

Follows the direction of Program Manager for the action plan.

Carrying out any other request made by the Program Manager.

Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in customer service function
