MohonKelayakanWe are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Leasing Executive to join our dynamic retail leasing team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in leasing retail space within a shopping mall environment or property leasing, with a proven track record of working with electrical and electronic brands (e.g., home appliances, gadgets, IT retailers, etc.). This role plays a key part in driving occupancy rates, curating the tenant mix, and building strong relationships with high-value retail clients.Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail leasing, preferably in shopping malls or commercial property.
Strong understanding and network in the electrical/electronic retail industry.
Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) - required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking tenants.
Proficient in English
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Preferred:

Existing network or contacts with key electrical brand tenants (e.g., Samsung, LG, Senheng, Harvey Norman, etc.).
Familiarity with retail property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or similar).

TanggungjawabKey Responsibilities:

Develop and execute leasing strategies to secure suitable tenants, with a strong focus on electrical and electronic brands (e.g., home appliances, tech, gadgets, IT).
Conduct lease negotiations, prepare Letters of Offer and Tenancy Agreements, and ensure timely execution of leasing documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants, including key accounts and brand principals.
Continuously assess and improve tenant mix to ensure the mall's competitiveness, relevance, and revenue growth.
Handle all leasing matters post-opening, including lease renewals, reconfiguration opportunities, and tenant repositioning.
Conduct regular market research to stay updated on retail trends, rental benchmarks, and new brand prospects.
Monitor and report on leasing KPIs, including occupancy rates, rental yields, and pipeline activity.
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to support tenant engagement and traffic-driving initiatives.
