Job Responsibility Lead and manage Company s Operation, verify and follow up issues. Work out, manage and maintain Outlet Standard Operating. Develop & review Standard Operating Procedures and observed & carry out consistently Support the Operation team by conducting and implementing the Company s working flows Manage and evaluate data weekly, monthly and quarterly. Ensure the success of a product or implement new product plan. Partner with Operation, Sales and Marketing Department to refine product purchase and selling process, analyse and to report outlet sales performance with reporting. To lead the team and manage all marketing decision for retail and agents sales To be responsible for the overall business growth in terms of sales, distribution, P&L and operation activities Strategize on the short and long term plans to expand into new channels and business development to strengthen the market position and in-store presence Handle the communication between internal team and external agent/distributors Develop sales strategies to meet the desired revenue for the business & managing operating costs. Ensure and identify ways to increase consistency in staffs productivity & efficiency Manpower planning to ensure efficient manpower utilization with consideration on peak period demands and succession planning. Lead, courage and motivate team to drive sales and heighten excellency customer service Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management Job Requirements Possess Degree / Diploma in business administration or Marketing, Business Management or related field or any equivalent. Minimum 5 years of related working experience. Possess strong experiences in operational, sales and business development with proven record of developing, implementing plans designed to increase existing business and capture new opportunities Strong negotiator with strong leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Independent and resourceful. Good communicator & Self-motivator & passionate Possess own transport & willing to travel Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English Job Benifits EPF SOSCO ALLOWANCE
