Assistant Manager, Business Operations

• To be one of the key executives in forecasting and planning stock logistics against demand and sales targets set so that adequate inventory is always available without over-stocking or incurring losses of expired goods and to support the achievement of sales target set.

• To prepare and update the Monthly Inventory Forecast & Ordering Schedule for General Manager to indent orders with clients, including management of import shipments and posting of invoices in SAP.
• Supporting the General Manager, Medical Device Operation to influence sales operation effectiveness so that profit contribution is optimized and ensuring all operation activities are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective manner and in compliance with policies and guidelines.
• Supporting General Manager, Medical Device Operation in coordination and integration of efforts among operations, technical, CCC, business support, warehouse and quality assurance departments to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes.
• Trade vendor / supplier management, which includes collecting all necessary information and update in internal system, provide feedback and monitor performances.
• To perform any other tasks in support of the position and any other relevant tasks assigned by the General Manager, Medical Device Operation

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to details
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel & SAP

• Bachelor's degree in operation management or business administration
• 3 years of proven success in an operations management role
