- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts.
- Lead and drive a high performing sales team, building strong sales capability and technical expertise.
- Conduct regular market analysis to understand business trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to make strategic business decisions.
- Holds a Degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related.
- Comes with at least 8 - 10 years of sales experience within the medical devices industry or similar.
- Proficient in English (fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin would be advantageous).
- Passion for sales with proven track record.
