- Prepare timely sales report, backorders and sell-out data report.
- Prepare and monitor customers accounts receivables clearance, sales support tools, customer's promotion compliance and on shelf availability.
- Support other administrative works when required.
- Key person to comple A&P mapping and matching (Adversiting & Promotion) in Exceedra system on daily basis to meet the expectation of AR aging.
- Key person to coordinate and liaise with CAMs/Senior Manager/ IT dept. in addressing any gap in the matter of A&P mappign and matching issues in Exceedra.
- Assist Senior Manager in preparing and compiling the Customers Accounts Receivables report, OSA template, promo compliance and sales bulleting template for CAMs input.
- Prepare daily sales tracker and circulate the reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Key person to update Customers Accounts sell-ot data, as well as provide month-on-month sales trend analysis.
- Monitor and follow-up on aging accounts receivables from Customers Account.
- Assist in any special projects related to selling, order processing, customer service and logistics, backorders, whenever necessary.
- Coordinate with CAMs and Senior Manager in gathering and verifying all necessary information for Customers Account Administrative activities.
- To backup COM (Customers Operation Management) team and extend necessary support in the event team member is out of office and to undertake assignment when required by immediate superior.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
- Demonstrate basic customer management skills
- Demonstrate a general understanding in all aspects of supplier and customer relationship management including supply chain, field marketing and branding
- Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Pivot Table, V-lookUp)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Accountancy/ or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant work experience, preferably in similar industry.
