We're looking for a proactive and organised Sales Support Executive to help us grow and serve our client base more effectively. This role supports the sales team, liaises with our software vendors, and ensures smooth client experiences from lead generation to renewals and deployment. As a Sales Support Executive, you will be working with the Business Development team. This is a remote working position. Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation Support Assist Business Development Manager in researching and identifying new sales channels and prospects Conduct initial outreach (email, messaging, etc.) to potential clients Act as the first point of contact for new leads to qualify interest and set up meetings/demos Nurture leads throughout the sales pipeline Work with the business development team to maintain and update prospect databases (e.g. CRM) regularly 2. Client Service Support Handle client enquiries via email or messaging platforms Provide timely support and follow-ups to ensure a smooth client journey Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams when necessary Support the sales team in administrative tasks related to client follow-up 3. Sales Renewals Track and manage Microsoft subscription/software renewal timelines Send reminders, prepare renewal quotes, and follow through until payment or confirmation Check in with clients post-onboarding to ensure satisfaction with software and services Collect feedback on user experience and assist in resolving issues Maintain high renewal rates by being proactive and responsive, while taking client feedback 4. Software Support & Liaison Act as point of contact for general software-related matters; software includes Microsoft, QuickBooks Online and Xero among others Liaise with Microsoft representatives for licensing, pricing, and client queries Coordinate and communicate changes or updates to clients as needed 5. Software Deployment Support Assist with client onboarding and standard software product deployment for Microsoft, QuickBooks Online and Xero Coordinate with internal/external IT partners for setup and configuration Provide support for non-technical deployment issues Maintain accurate records and documentation for all past deployments, including: Client setup details, License information, Configuration steps and notes, Customisation requests Show more Show less
