Job Overview The Sales Support Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient execution of sales projects from deal confirmation to project completion. This position involves administrative support, coordination between departments, and proactive follow-ups to meet project timelines and client expectations. The role also includes telemarketing and lead generation tasks to support the sales pipeline, as well as maintaining accurate internal records for reporting and performance tracking. An overriding commission starting from 0.5% on the total monthly collected sales of the sales department will be provided, in addition to the basic salary. Key Responsibilities 1. Internal Sales Support & Coordination Assist the sales team in preparing quotations for clients. Monitor client package checklists and follow up on progress. For Registration Packages: Ensure race information and creative assets are confirmed for IT to set up registration platforms. For Race Technical & Timing Packages: Track confirmation of bib printing, bike tags, helmet stickers (cycling events), and body number stickers (triathlons). Monitor deadlines for race database readiness, bib printing, race tee ordering/delivery, and race medal ordering/delivery. Liaise with the Account Manager and Operations Department on timing equipment requirements and allocation. Ensure invoicing details are complete and payments are collected promptly. 2. Telemarketing & Lead Generation Conduct outbound calls to corporate companies to introduce company services. Research and compile contact lists of potential leads. Screen and route incoming enquiry emails to relevant sales personnel. 3. Administrative & Reporting Maintain and update internal sales tracking systems. Prepare regular status updates and reports for the sales team and management. Track deadlines to ensure timely project deliverables. Requirements Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. At least 2 years' experience in sales support, coordination, or administration (event industry experience is an advantage). Familiarity with event registration and race technical/timing processes is highly desirable. Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn new software tools.
