- Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field
- Proficiency in English , Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (preferred but optional)
- Computer skills - using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
- Good organization skills and filing capabilities
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Positive attitude AND WILLING TO LEARN
- Perform general administrative task for sales and warehouse department.
- Support Sales team , follow up on orders and prepare necessary documentations.
- Manage outbound and inbound goods
- Handle Invoices , Delivery Orders and filing system promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate with Transport , Purchasing and Account Department on daily transactions and tasks.
- Provide support to other departments and tasks assignment by General Manager.
- Provide support in monthly/annual stock check tasks .
