- Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; entry-level experience in administrative support is a plus.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Puchong.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to provide administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Translate documents and communications between English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
