  • Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; entry-level experience in administrative support is a plus.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Puchong.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Translate documents and communications between English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
