- Candidates must possess at least Diploma
- Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
- Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
- Able to communicate with Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin (added advantage)
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Experience with invoicing in accounting software (eg. SQL) will be prior advantage

- Assist in admin & accounting tasks
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Perform data entry
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management from time to time
