DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:➢ According to production volume demands and internal improvement goals, schedule production and promote the execution of production plans to meet delivery needs.➢ Oversee quality control and ensure products are produced on time or projects completed within the deadline.➢ Coordination and preparation of resources required for production, equipment, materials, auxiliary materials, sites, tooling, etc. to ensure the sustainability of production.➢ Collect necessary data for production management, refine production management data reports, analyze and publish them.➢ Understand the production process in depth, find out the correlation between data, discover problems related to quality, process flow, equipment automation and cost management, and promote relevant responsible parties to improve and prevention.➢ Provide objective personnel and project assessment data based on the assessment mechanism of related supportive departments.➢ Use scene management tools, combined with the correlation of production data, to discover quality, human efficiency issues, equipment and cost management-related issues, and promote relevant responsible parties to improve and prevent them.➢ Solve abnormal problems that arise in production in a timely and effective manner; be able to accurately determine the cause, time of occurrence, scope of objects, etc. to minimize the impact of the problem; be able to promptly propose tentative and permanent countermeasures and formulate standard training implementation.➢ To improve the comprehensive quality of employees, standardize the responsibilities, requirements, etc. of manufacturing employees are the core resources for independent improvement, and create an organization and data system that is most conducive to cultivating employees' improvement capabilities and independently improving the environment; supervise and enhance the standardized execution of production lines.➢ Ensure safety measures are procedures are followed to reduce unexpected incidents and hazards.➢ Assist in checking product standards and applying quality-control programs, liaising among different clients and departments, completing paperwork and performing various tasks as assigned.Requirements:➢ Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.➢ At least 3 years of experience as Assistant Manager in consumer electronics industry, medical apparatus industry or semiconductor-related industries are preferred.➢ Strong project management skills and ability to work well independently or as a part of a team.➢ Verbal and written communication and personal interface skills required.➢ Effectively trilingual.Competencies:➢ Has strong planning and organizing skills, great attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, both verbal and written communication skills, strong leadership and problem-solving skills.➢ Can deal and communicate with all levels in the organization.➢ Can plan production schedule based on the resources available.➢ Can do multi-tasking, innovative and can work under pressure
