ResMed Malaysia Operations (RMO) team has an opening for an experienced production operations Manager to oversee operations of our Johor Bahru factories (Tebrau).Lets talk about the team:At ResMed, we pioneer innovative solutions that treat and keep people out of the hospital, empowering them to live healthier, higher-quality lives. Our dedicated team manufacture, assemble and pack ResMed’s textile and cushion products for ResMed CPAP masks and we’re looking for a passionate leader to join us!Let’s talk about the role:As Senior Manager you will be responsible for overseeing entire RMO production and fostering a positive team culture amongst all staff.Responsibilities include:

Ensuring compliance with GMP, quality and regulatory requirements and other business system such as OH&S program.
Ensuring compliance to all local legislative requirements of various Government Agencies, Human Resources Development through co-ordination with people team (HR).
Accountability for the effective management, utilisation and deployment of resource, assets, processes and various systems to achieve production targets and consistent with safety, quality and cost expectations.
Providing guidance, leadership and collaboration with cross functional teams to resolve issues, to drive efficiency, capabilities growth and best practise.
Developing your people by providing mentoring & coaching
Nurturing your team culture in line with the department culture and ResMed’s value
Establishing and maintaining open, effective communication mechanisms within the workplace that will enhance relationships, productivity and supports achievement of positive workplace culture.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Minimum of 5 years Management/Leadership experience within production operations
Strong engineering background in production operations and new product introduction
GMP knowledge and experience advantageous
