We are hiring a Regional Business Development Head to establish and lead a new rigid plastic packaging division in Malaysia for a prominent regional market leader. This senior leadership role carries full P&L responsibility, combining strategic growth with commercial, operational, and team leadership to expand into food, pharma, and industrial markets.

Lead and scale the blow molding & PET packaging vertical in Malaysia, targeting food, pharma, and industrial customers.
Own the division's P&L with accountability for revenue growth, margins, and cost controls.
Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies, including organic growth and M&A opportunities.
Build and lead a high-performance commercial and operations team.
Collaborate with technical and R&D teams across geographies to implement best practices.
Drive customer acquisition, product portfolio planning, and channel expansion.
Strengthen supply chain, quality, and delivery excellence.
Monitor competitors and stay ahead of packaging market trends.

Pioneer a new business unit from the ground up, with full P&L responsibilitiesFast-growing regional packaging group with strong international networkA successful Regional Business Development Head should have:

10-15 years' leadership experience in blow molding, PET packaging, or rigid plastics.
Proven track record in building business verticals or P&L ownership.
Deep technical and commercial knowledge of extrusion blow molding, PET preforms, and packaging solutions.
Strong experience in sales leadership, business development, and customer partnerships.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate independently and scale new business units.
Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and board-level communication skills.
