- Strategy Development & Execution: Lead the creation and execution of people strategies across organizational development, talent acquisition, talent development, talent management, and total rewards. Ensure alignment of these strategies with business objectives to drive overall organizational effectiveness.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment strategy, ensuring ZALORA attracts, hires, and retains top talent that supports the business’s goals. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future business needs.
- Talent Development: Lead performance management, develop tailored leadership programs, and foster continuous learning to ensure our workforce is well-equipped for current and future roles.
- Organizational Development: Drive efforts in organizational design, performance management, and change management to ensure optimal organizational structure and effectiveness. Implement initiatives that improve overall organizational health and employee engagement.
- Talent Management: Oversee talent management processes such as talent review, succession planning, and career development. Ensure a robust system is in place to develop and retain top performers.
- Total Rewards Strategy: Develop and oversee a competitive and comprehensive total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, recognition programs, and incentives. Ensure alignment with market trends and the company’s goals to attract, motivate, and retain talent.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. Ensure effective delivery of HR services across all key areas.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and key business stakeholders, providing HR expertise and guidance on strategic HR initiatives, workforce planning, and organizational design.
- Collaboration with HR Partners: Work closely with Regional HRBPs, Regional People services, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of people strategies.
- Budget & Resource Management: Oversee the budget for the COE, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet organizational needs.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business, or related field
- More than 9 years in HR, with 3 years in a leadership role overseeing at least 2 of the following functions: Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management, and Total Rewards.
- Strong background in Total Rewards (compensation, benefits, recognition) preferred
- Proven ability to lead HR teams and manage cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Occasional travel required for meetings and organizational initiatives.
- Full-time position, Hybrid (4 days WFO and 1 day WFH)
