How will you make an impact in this role Every one of our Customer Care Professionals represents the American Express Brand. At Global New Accounts, you will be playing a key role to support American Express business by processing and issuing American Express Consumer/SBS card fast and easy for our customers. You are expected to be a problem solver and enabler for our card members and our business. And the people you'll work with, and the customers you'll care for, value your passion and unique personality as much as we do. Role & Responsibilities: You will be handling our new commercial card applications. This includes: Data capturing of new applications into Amex new application data base. Work with Consumer/SBS apps team in Tokyo to ensure all data captured is accurate and processed in timely manner. If required, process manual underwriting and decision of applications This role requires availability to work Monday to Friday morning shifts, including public holidays.
