- Proficiency in Mandarin (reading and typing) is mandatory
- Good command of English.
- Minimum Diploma qualification with at least 1 year working experience; OR
- Degree holders are encouraged to apply (fresh graduates welcome).
- Willing to work on-site at KL Sentral (Work at Office).
- Provide customer support for a social media platform via chat and email channels (non-voice)
- Handle inquiries, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering accurate information and effective solutions
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary, while ensuring follow-up and resolution
- Maintain proper documentation and records of customer interactions
- Adhere to service guidelines, response time standards, and internal policies
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive team environment
- Paid training will be provided.
