- Able speak in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Prefer mandarin speaker as need to communicate with customer and colleagues from Taiwan
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to efficiently address customer inquiries and concerns
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
- Able to work in shift including weekend and public holiday
- Knowledge on Crypto Industry but not require
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests via email, and chat, providing timely and efficient solutions
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide comprehensive assistance to resolve problems
- Identify and escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate teams
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes and procedures
- Maintain a positive, professional, and courteous attitude when interacting with customers
