- Handling all inbound and outbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries,

- Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, and use decision-support tools

- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
