Position: Customer Service Representative (Mandarin / Cantonese Speaker) Location: Kuala Lumpur Working Hours: Permanent Night Shift | 5 Days/Week (Shifts between 9:00 PM - 9:00 AM) Salary & Benefits Basic Salary: RM4,500 (Fixed) Shift Allowance: Up to RM300 KPI Allowance: Up to RM400 Minimum Requirements At least 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience Minimum SPM qualification Diploma or Degree holders (including fresh grads) must also meet the experience requirement Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese Must be able to work permanent night shifts Job Responsibilities Handle inbound/outbound calls with customers regarding healthcare plans, procedures, co-pay, and in/out-network coverage Support members dealing with chronic or serious health conditions with patience and empathy Promote preventive healthcare events such as colonoscopies, mammograms, flu shots Accurately document all interactions and escalate unresolved issues Use internal systems to manage daily workflow Analyze and resolve complex queries with a solutions-first approach Skills & Traits We're Looking For Strong empathy and patience when handling sensitive healthcare topics Excellent communication and listening skills Fast learner with good multitasking abilities Tech-savvy with strong PC navigation skills Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work under minimal supervision Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
