- Welcome for Bachelor Degree with CS experiences 2 - 5 yrs.
- Must be Japanese.
- Can speak fluent in English & Japanese.
- Can willing to relocate work in Penang Area.
- Customer Support:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels in both Japanese and English.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve problems related to products, services, and billing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Bilingual Communication:Translate and interpret customer communications from Japanese to English and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
