Job Description:1. Process day-to-day sourcing, purchasing and inventory planning activities with focus on reducing cost or minimize price increase without compromising quality and compliance to sourcing guidelines.2. Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery of products.3. Coordinate with Finance department with regards to suppliers invoice and payment issues.4. Review, monitor, prepare and perform-database maintenance, report & record, accuracy of procurement activities, cost analysis.5. Undertake all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as required by the management.Requirement:· Diploma/Degree and above· Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Supply Chain Management or equivalent.· Strong commercial and analytical skills.· Proficient in MS Office applications.
