Responsible for on-time and in-full sourcing of both food and non-food related materials
Assisting Procurement Manager on day-to-day tasks (including but not limited to issuing Purchase Orders, supplier follow-up, entry of invoices and stock count)
Maintaining good relationships with existing and cultivating new relationships with new suppliers
Research on comparable products and pricing benchmarks of existing products
Ensuring ERP system and payment details is up to date and accurate at all times
Resourceful and won't take no for an answer
Sense of urgency!

You are:

Minimum of 1 year of proven work experience in Procurement or similar role
F&B industry highly preferred
High energy and great communication skills
Proactive and excellent problem-solving skills
Track record in negotiations and sourcing alternative products
Comfortable with basic data analysis
Basic understanding and knowledge of procurement and supply chain
