Conduct trainings and assessments for internal teams to enhance the understanding of statutory compliance requirements. 5. Develop and implement strategies to address non-compliance issues and mitigate risks 6. Participate in compliance audits to identify and rectify compliance issues Skill Knowledge of laws and regulations in Payroll / Income Tax / Labour Law Familiarity with payroll system platform Fast learner, adaptable and flexible to work load Knowing Japanese or Thai will be an advantage
