- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL) and Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, with good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Independent, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proficient in typing Mandarin characters using the Pinyin input method on the computer.
- Possess own transportation, passionate about learning, and highly responsible.
- Assist in preparing or handling full set of accounts.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Bank Reconciliation.
- Handle credit control and monitor credit limits.
- Issue cheques and payroll, calculate sales commission, and reconcile petty cash.
- Perform inventory account reconciliations.
- Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, and other authorities.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and compliance with accounting standards.
- Support year-end audits and handle other ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Manage Withholding Tax submission when necessary.
- Carry out any other finance, administrative, or operational tasks as assigned.
- Provide support for company activities or events when required.
