You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company. I. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development and Execution Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the institute&aposs client base. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Sales Operations Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Channel & Distributor Development Proactively evaluate and onboard new clients for the company. Develop joint business plans with channel partners, including sales targets, marketing activities, and training needs. Monitor distributor performance and provide ongoing support to ensure alignment with company goals. II. Job Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in sport items, bringing valuable insights to the role. At least a Diploma or its equivalent preferably in Sales & Marketing Effective time management and consistent attention to detail Prior experience in handling direct sales force will be added advantage Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and SAP.
