  • At least 3-5 years of proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in lifestyle or fashion retail and leadership.
  • Strong creative and conceptual skills with an eye for aesthetics, color, and design.
  • Experience managing visual execution across multiple stores or regions.
  • Ability to lead projects and communicate effectively across departments.
  • A proactive, trend-aware mindset and passion for elevating brand experience.
