About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Site Inspection and Reporting Conduct preliminary inspections at potential construction sites. Gather data and prepare site reports. Health, Safety, and Compliance Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations at all times. Collaboration and Coordination Collaborate with subcontractors, clients, crews, and consultants. Coordinate joint measurement activities and forward planning. Organize and participate in regular contractor meetings. Technical Advice and Problem Solving Provide technical advice and diagnose site issues. Resolve problems promptly and effectively. Project Planning and Progress Monitoring Assist in planning project sequences and coordinating all phases of work. Monitor and track project progress, taking necessary action to expedite works. Liaise with clients and local authorities to meet project requirements. Supervise site activities to ensure quality, timelines, and goals are achieved. Documentation and Reporting Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and monthly claims. Produce accurate project documentation as required. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 1-2 years of working experience in construction site supervision, preferably in infrastructure/earthworks. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and consultants.
