- Supervise and execute post-tensioning and other installation activities on-site.
- Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor the installation of post-tensioning systems and other products, ensuring adherence to design and quality standards.
- Conduct inspections, quality control checks, and ensure safety regulations are strictly followed.
- Prepare daily reports on project progress, site activities, and any potential delays or issues.
- Liaise with clients and consultants for project updates and requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical challenges encountered on-site.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in post-tensioning, stay cable, bridge bearings, expansion joints, structural monitoring and repairing etc..
- Proven work experience with one or more of the following: VSL, Freyssinet, BBR, or Utracon.
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, post-tensioning techniques, and safety regulations.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Be able to adjust to the frequent traveling and working on site.
