We are looking for someone who's proactive with good understanding of retail and people management, to run our country operations in Retail and B2B and also expand retail business. What will you be doing Retail & Store Operations: Oversee daily operations of our retail stores and event locations. Inventory management at store/event locations - Manage inventory flow across all sales channels via Shopify, maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and system updates. Liaise with the warehouse for order fulfilment, returns and stock deliveries. Ensure proper brand and SKU planning by analysing consumer trends by location. Enforce stock counts, manage product listings, transfers and PO creation. Hiring and training of promoters and manage their schedule, performance, timesheets and incentives Maintain professional relationships with retail partners including store managers, supervisors and buyers. Identify, plan and implement and open new retail stores and short-term event pop-ups. Coordinate store openings, store displays, visual merchandising, branding, and event execution with retail agencies and marketing department B2B operations and business development Arrange and coordinate deliveries for B2B customers, along with warehousing and courier partner. Manage accounts and communications with B2B clients, including order management, invoicing, delivery, returns, and payment tracking. Develop new business partners for whole sale business across Malaysia Sales Tracking & Reporting: Track monthly sales performance and prepare reports for management. Monitor payments and follow up on escalations with retail partners. Administrative & Ad-Hoc Tasks: Handle all necessary administrative duties related to retail and operational activities.
