Online Sales Executive

• Passion for customer communication, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to complete tasks on time.
• Ability to speak in bilingual language is an advantage for this sales position.
• Experience in procurement, contracts, or sales is an added advantage.
• Willing to work in Publika, Solaris Dutamas.

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries through Google and Shopee channels, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Conduct product training, highlighting the features and advantages of the products to help customers make informed decisions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns or issues promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify growth opportunities.
• Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and sales techniques to enhance sales performance.

• The company will provide customer contact, and you only need to call and take the order (commission 2% nett). Even during PROBATION also entitled for commission.
• We sell office & home decoration product used in office and residence and each invoice normally about RM5,000 - RM20,000 or above, as such daily commission is more than RM300 to RM1,000 per person sales.
• Sales execution will be based indoor no need to visit customer, just sell online at our office premises.
