Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Sales Executive, located in Jalan Pahang,Kuala Lumpur. The Online Sales Executive will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, handling customer inquiries, providing customer service, and executing sales strategies. This role also involves supporting online marketing efforts and maintaining customer relationships to drive sales growth. Job Scope a. Lead Generation and Prospecting Conducting online prospecting activities (cold emails, chat inquiries, online lead generation platforms) Identifying potential clients through social media, websites, and digital channels Researching and targeting new prospects to expand the online customer base b. Online Sales Process Handling online inquiries and converting them into sales through email, live chat, or phone calls Preparing quotations, proposals, and invoices for online customers Managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, through digital channels c. Achieving Sales Targets Developing and implementing strategies to meet monthly and annual sales goals Regularly reviewing sales targets and providing progress reports to the Sales Manager Actively working to exceed sales KPIs by continuously optimizing sales processes d. Customer Relationship Management Building strong relationships with online customers to encourage repeat business Providing exceptional after-sales support via email, live chat, or phone Maintaining ongoing communication with customers and addressing any issues or concerns e. Digital Marketing Strategy Assisting in the creation and implementation of online marketing campaigns to drive sales (e.g., email marketing, online ads, SEO) Collaborating with the marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with sales goals Managing and tracking online campaigns, ensuring high engagement and conversions f. Social Media & E-commerce Platform Management Managing product listings, promotions, and content on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.) Responding to customer inquiries and reviews on e-commerce platforms and social media Promoting special offers, discounts, and new products on social media channels g. Content Creation and Digital Engagement Creating engaging content such as product descriptions, blog posts, and promotional material for online audiences Using digital tools to create compelling visuals and videos to promote products Collaborating with the marketing team to design attractive online ads and social media posts h. Online Customer Assistance Responding promptly to customer queries via email, live chat, and social media platforms Providing product knowledge, assisting in the purchasing process, and offering post-purchase support Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner Qualifications Fluent in both Malay and English Effective Communication and Sales abilities Proficiency in Online Marketing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Diploma/Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
