  • Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM.

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, including content creation, editing, SEO, PPC, and social media.
  • Strong knowledge of platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and other emerging channels.

  • Proficient in Canva / Adobe for visual content creation.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and quick to adapt to new digital trends and tools.
  • Able to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and be on-call during key campaigns or urgent situations.
Skill Set
  • SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, email marketing
  • Social media content planning, posting, and campaign management
  • Strong content writing & editing skills (for posts, ads, and campaigns)
  • Proficiency in Canva or other design tools, basic HTML, and familiarity with CMS platforms
Responsibilities
  • Develop, lead, and execute strategic digital marketing plans to drive brand awareness, traffic, and lead generation across platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
  • Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI and performance.
  • Plan and manage content marketing strategies, including content creation, editing, and publishing across web, email, and social media channels.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
  • Lead SEO initiatives (on-page & off-page) to improve search visibility and website traffic.
  • Analyze and report digital campaign results using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools; recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members, providing support and feedback on campaign execution and creative output.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, or influencers for collaborative campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and platform updates to maintain innovation and competitiveness.
