- Strong proficiency in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written
- Able to work rotational shift (based on serving country)
- Supervise and guide the team to achieve performance targets and maintain service quality
- Manage daily operations, monitoring KPIs, quality standards, and timelines
- Support team members through coaching, mentoring, and training to drive continuous improvement
- Analyse performance reports and data to address gaps and optimize processes
- Handle escalated cases with efficiency, ensuring timely resolution
- Communicate clearly in both Mandarin and English with clients and internal stakeholders
