  • Manage daily operations, monitoring KPIs, quality standards, and timelines
  • Support team members through coaching, mentoring, and training to drive continuous improvement
  • Analyse performance reports and data to address gaps and optimize processes
  • Handle escalated cases with efficiency, ensuring timely resolution
  • Communicate clearly in both Mandarin and English with clients and internal stakeholders
