- Willing to work 24/7 rotational shift.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of customer service representatives.
- Monitor performance, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
- Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure service quality and compliance with company standards.
- Prepare performance reports and support operational planning.
