- At least 1-2 years of Team Lead experience in a customer service/contact center environment
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Flexible to work in a 24/7 shift-based environment
- Lead and coach a team of customer service reps to deliver excellent support
- Monitor performance, handle escalations, and ensure KPIs/SLAs are met
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and team meetings
- Collaborate with QA, training, and operations teams for process improvement
