Resolve issues within our support scope, guiding towards third-party solutions or paid consultations when necessary. Troubleshoot client products to ensure a one-call resolution. Achieve metrics like First Call Resolution, Conversion Rates, Net Promoter Score, and New Sales. Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Open to working in rotational shifts. Job Requirements Language Requirement: Excellent in English, Malay in terms of verbal, written and comprehension. Mandarin will be a plus. Education level : SPM and above Candidates with B2B/ B2C sales experience will have added advantage.
