Location: Pavilion Damansara HeightsOur client, a well-established office automation solutions provider with over 25 years of experience, is seeking a Showroom Executive to manage its showroom and event space.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily showroom operations and maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Manage event and showroom bookings, including coordination and follow-up.
  • Attend business networking events (e.g., BNI), occasionally during early mornings.
  • Greet and assist walk-in visitors and support the sales team with coordination.
  • Handle customer inquiries, administrative tasks, and basic reporting.
  • Maintain product knowledge and support showroom/event-related sales efforts.
