- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in administrative or accounting roles (fresh graduates with strong foundation may be considered).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and experience with accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, or Excel).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prepare and maintain accurate records, invoices, and financial documentation.
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to support administrative, operational, and ad-hoc tasks when required.
- Handle daily administrative tasks including filing, documentation, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Manage basic accounting and bookkeeping functions such as data entry, invoicing, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliation.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records in line with company and client requirements.
- Liaise with internal teams on finance and administrative matters.
- Support HR-related administrative work such as leave records, claims, and payroll documentation when required.
- Prepare and manage reports, letters, and other documents for management review.
- Provide operational and administrative support for multiple clients as assigned.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties to support management and client needs.
